1. Eligibility for Returns
- Perfume products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Only unused, unopened, and original packaging products are eligible for return.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perfume samples or gift sets that have been partially used.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
- Any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return a product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
