1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Perfume products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Only unused, unopened, and original packaging products are eligible for return.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfume samples or gift sets that have been partially used.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return a product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
